As a paint store team member, you'll help customers through every step of the paint purchase process, including color selection, order processing and fulfillment. You'll enjoy a fast-paced atmosphere that will keep you busy and engaged, and a supportive environment that empowers you to work independently and as part of a team. While previous paint related experience is helpful, we will provide on the job training and opportunities to learn new skills. 

Job Duties:

-Work directly with customers

-Paint mixing and color matching 

-Help customers with paint and product loading

-Process point of sale (POS) transactions

-Assist with product recommendations and color selections 

-Routinely lift heavy paint products for mixing (approx. 10-65 lbs)

-Receive freight deliveries

-Inventory stocking 

-Assist with daily store clean-up duties

-Make local paint deliveries using company vehicle (as needed)

Employment Type:

Full time (hourly) + health benefits
